What Is T-60 Training

T-60 training method is an intensive 60-min training that trains the 5 components of the fitness. It is an effective exercise programme that makes you fit.

All you need is 60 minute per session and within 90-days, one may get noticeable result.

The 5 component are

  1. Cardiovascular Endurance
  2. Muscle strength
  3. Muscle endurance
  4. Flexibility
  5. Body compositions

 

Cardiovascular Endurance

The ability of the heart and lungs to work together to provide the needed oxygen and fuel to the body during sustained workloads.

Increase in Cardiovascular Endurance = lowers the stress output of the heart to deliver a same required oxygen to the body

Decrease in Cardiovascular Endurance = Increase the stress output of the heart to deliver a same required oxygen to the body

  1. Breathless climbing stair
  2. Feeling lazy or weak

The ability of the muscle to perform continuously without fatigue.

too for us to be able to do an activity for over a long period of time
without fatigue

The ability of each joint to move through the available range of motion for a specific joint

 

Body Composition
